Company history
First of all, we're a family business. Spice and Rice was opened in February 2006 by the Lum family who have been in the restauant biz for over 30 years. Most of the time, you'll find Lee Lum in the kitchen, cooking up the fragrant dishes our customers enjoy. His wife, Lillian, is the one who makes those wonderful little crab rangoons (which happen to be a customer favorite). Andrew Lum is the manager, and you'll see him running around serving customers or making food deliveries. We are proud to serve you and hope your dining experience is a great one...and one worth repeating!
